Small signs can turn into a serious leak without much warning. If your tank is cracked, swollen, discoloured or sitting on an uneven base, it should be checked before the problem gets worse.
Base problems and stability issues

He and his colleague arrived as scheduled (actually ahead of schedule) . the completed everything on time and extremely neatly and efficiently including removal of water from bottom of the tank, transfer of 'clean' kerosene to holding tanks, upgrading the base with lintels to ensure it was level and supported the new tank properly, transfer back the clean kerosene, clean out of the line between the tanks and boiler, bleeding of the boiler, removal of dirty fuel and removal...
